MACARON Vs MACAROON

They may sound similar but they are two very different types of cookies!

MACARONS are delicate meringue and almond based cookies with a buttercream or ganache filling.

A MACAROON is a coconut based cookie with a soft and chewy texture.

If I had a dollar for every time someone asked us for a macaroon instead of a macaron… 😂🫣
