Reminder for tomorrow!
We will start off with a quick warmup at 0900. Please be on time.
If you need a longer warmup, please come early and spend some more time.
Depending on how many people, we will start in waves to accommodate. If you are looking to PR your MURPH, just let us know and we will put you first. It will be hot so please bring water! See yall tomorrow!!

Summer is right around the corner, but it is often a sad time for us as we say goodbye to some of our awesome community members. This past week we said our farewells to Justin and Gregg.

Justin left an impression from day 1 with his run to Crossfit being just a "warmup" and then proceeding to crush the WOD at 5AM. Meanwhile, you would often find Gregg brighten the room with his off-pitch singing as he would hop into the 1730 class.

Thank you for making this community awesome. Safe travels and here's to continuing your CF journey!!
