5. QUALIFICATIONS of CONTESTANT
The contestant must be:
1) Holder of the WHMAF’s club member
2) One recommended by the WHMAF National Hapkido Martial Arts Association or WHMAF Masters
3) Holder of Hapkido Martial Arts DAN certificate issued by the WHMAF or Geup from WHMAF National
Association
