- ម៉ោង ១១:៣២នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំង F-16 ហោះលើភូមិសាស្ត្រឃុំអូរបីជាន់ និងភូមិសាស្ត្របឹងត្រកួន។
- ម៉ោង ១២:០៦នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូនស៊ើបការណ៍ហោះក្តាប់សភាពការណ៍នៅខាង ក្រោយភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិជោគជ័យ។
- ម៉ោង ១២:៥៦នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូនបាញ់ផ្សែងពុលយ៉ាងច្រើនតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនភូមិសង្គមថ្មី និងភូមិឯកភាព ឃុំថ្មដា ស្រុកវាលវែង ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។

- ម៉ោង ១៥:១៩នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលភូមិសាស្រ្តតំបន់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ភ្នំឆត្រ ចំនួន ២គ្រាប់ ស្ថិតនៅឃុំគោករមៀត ស្រុកថ្មពួក ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
- ម៉ោង ១៥:៤១នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំង F-16 ហោះរំលោភចូលដែន អធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា។

Summary of the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the case of the Thai military forces continued their armed aggression on Cambodia, in the 5th Military Region from 12:00a.m. to 05:00p.m., December 15, 2025:

- At 01:30 a.m., the Thai military used drones to bombard in the area of Boeung Trakoun.
- At 06:55 a.m., the Thai military started shelling into the area of Prey Chan.
- At 07:00 a.m., the Thai military started shelling into the area of Chouk Chey Village.
- At 07:00 a.m., the Thai military started firing artillery into the area of O' Phlok Damrey.
- At 07:15 a.m., the Thai military started firing artillery into the area of Tmar Dar Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province.
- At 07:44 a.m., the Thai military flew bomb attached drones into the area of Chey Chomneas checkpoint.
- At 09:02 a.m., the Thai military deployed bombing drones into the area of Prey Chan.
- At 9:52 a.m., the Thai military continued to shell into the area of Chouk Chey Village.
- At 10:10 a.m., the Thai military shelled into the area of Boeung Trakoun.
- At 11:28 a.m., the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jet to drop 2 bombs in the area of Paoy Samraong Village, Preah Netr Preah Commune, Preah Netr Preah District, Banteay Meanchey Province.
- At 11:32 a.m., the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jet to fly over the area of O Bei Chon commune and Boeung Trakoun area.
- At 12:06 p.m., the Thai military used reconnaissance drones to monitor the situation in the area of Chouk Chey village.
- At 12:56 p.m., the Thai military used drone to spray a large amount toxic gas in the area of Sangkum Thmei village and Ek Pheap village ,Thmar Da commune, Veal Veng district, Pursat province.
- At 06:55 a.m., the Thai military shelled into the area of Prey Chan village.
- At 03:14 p.m., the Thai infantry supported by tanks attempted to infiltrate into the area of Chouk Chey Village.
- At 03:19 p.m., the Thai military shelled 2 rounds into Phnom Chat development area, Kdeb Thmar Village, Kouk Romiet Commune, Thmar Pouk District Banteay Meanchey Province.
- At 03:41 p.m., the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jet to violate Cambodian airspace.

កាលពីម្សិលមិញ យើងខ្ញុំបានគោរពផ្ញើសារជូនឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី អំពីការស្នើសុំពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការទប់ទល់ និងមានវិធានការលើការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ F-16 ដែលថៃយកមកប្រើប្រាស់ចូលជ្រៅក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា​ ហើយក៏ជាអ្នកប្រកាសទាត់ចោលទាំងស្រុងនៃបទឈប់បាញ់ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមដ៏មានសារសំខាន់របស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី ហើយត្រូវបានសម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាសាទរ និងគាំទ្រពេញទំហឹង។

ពិតណាស់ថាសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានដែលថៃកំពុងធ្វើ បានដើរហួសពីអ្វីដែលគោលដៅនៃការបញ្ចប់សង្គ្រាមរបស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី តែក្នុងនាមជាប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ក៏មិនចង់ឱ្យកើតមានផងដែរ ពិសេសបានបញ្ជាក់នូវការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងលើកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី ហើយចង់ឆាប់បានសន្តិភាពត្រឡប់មកវិញ បញ្ចប់ការបង្ហូរឈាមទាំងទាហាន និងប្រជាជនស្លូតត្រង់។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាបានឃើញថា ថៃ មិនត្រឹមតែទាត់ចោលគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីប៉ុណ្ណោះ ថែមទាំងបង្កើនការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក F-16 ចូលកាន់តែជ្រៅ និងបំផ្លាញហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់កម្ពុជាកាន់តែធ្ងន់ធ្ងរឡើងពីមួយថ្ងៃទៅមួយថ្ងៃ។

អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ ខ្ញុំជឿជាក់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីច្បាស់ជាជ្រាបច្បាស់ និងយល់កាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅថាភាគីថៃ​ ជាអ្នកចង់បានសង្គ្រាម ហើយមិនសហការ ក៏ដូចជាការបង្កើនសកម្មភាពវាយលុកមកកម្ពុជា ផ្គើននឹងការចង់បាន និងបញ្ចប់សង្គ្រាម និងសង្គ្រោះជីវិតដែលជាបំណងដ៏ឧត្តុងឧត្តមរបស់ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី។ កម្ពុជា បច្ចុប្បន្នគ្មានជម្រើសអ្វី ក្រៅតែតបតដើម្បីត្រឹមតែការពារខ្លួន ការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់ខ្លួនប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយរក្សាគោលជំហក្នុងការគាំទ្រឱ្យមានបទឈប់បាញ់កាន់តែឆាប់កាន់តែល្អ ហើយនិងគាំទ្រឱ្យអនុវត្តយ៉ាងពេញលេញសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ យើងខ្ញុំក៏សូមឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី មេត្តាពិនិត្យ និងសិក្សាអំពីចំណាត់ការ ដែលយើងខ្ញុំទើបទទួលបានអំពីការប្រកាសត្រៀមមានចំណាត់ការលើពន្ធ និងលុបចោលរាល់សេចក្តីព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មផ្សេងៗទាំងមកកម្ពុជា និងថៃ ដែលមិនអាចសម្រេចនូវបទឈប់បាញ់តាមអ្វីដែលឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីចង់បាន។ ដូចកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងប្រជាជនទាំងអស់បានបញ្ជាក់ជាច្រើនលើកច្រើនសារ យើងចង់បានណាស់សន្តិភាព គាំទ្របទឈប់បាញ់ តែថៃមិនព្រម មិនអនុវត្ត តើយើងអាចនឹងធ្វើអ្វីបាន? អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សូមឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតី មេត្តាពិចារណាចំពោះកម្ពុជា ព្រោះយើងជាជនរងគ្រោះ ជាអ្នកដែលត្រូវបានគេឈ្លានពាន។

Second Message from the Cambodian People to the Honorable Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America

Yesterday, we respectfully conveyed a message to Your Honorable President, requesting your consideration of the possibility of countering and taking action regarding the Thai use of F-16 jets bombing deep within Cambodian territory. Thailand has also completely rejected the ceasefire initiated by Your Honorable, which has been fully welcomed and supported by Samdech Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as by the Cambodian people.

Indeed, Thailand's war of aggression has gone beyond the goal of ending hostilities that Your Honorable initiated. Nevertheless, as Cambodians, we do not wish for this conflict to persist. We have expressed our full support for your efforts and sincerely hope for the swift restoration of peace, bringing an end to the bloodshed suffered by both soldiers and innocent civilians. Furthermore, we have all seen that Thailand has not only rejected your initiative but has also escalated its F-16 bombing raids, causing growing devastation to Cambodia’s infrastructure with each passing day.

Therefore, I believe that Your Honorable President clearly understands that Thailand is the party intent on waging war and refusing cooperation, as well as the increase in offensive activities in Cambodia—actions that run contrary to Your Honorable’s goal of ending the war and saving lives. Currently, Cambodia has no choice but to respond solely in self-defense, to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity, while maintaining its commitment to a ceasefire at the earliest possible time and the full implementation of the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration of Peace.

Meanwhile, we would like to respectfully request Your Honorable to review and consider the announcement of readiness to impose tariffs and to cancel other trade agreements with Cambodia and Thailand, if the ceasefire initiative cannot be achieved. Cambodia, through our leaders and people, has repeatedly affirmed its desire for peace and its support for a ceasefire; however, Thailand has refused to implement it. In this context, we respectfully urge Your Honorable President to consider, as Cambodia is the victim, a nation whose sovereignty has been invaded.
