Established in 2014, CrossFit Amatak is the 1st CrossFit affiliate in Cambodia. We offer group classes with a coach. CrossFit - CrossFit is Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. Our classes are 60 minutes long and capped at 12 people per class. Workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. CrossFit is for everyone and the movements are adjustable. All athlete are requir

ed to take On-Ramp/ foundations course or at least 3 months of training in another Crossfit affiliation. Bootcamp - Bootcamp is a general fitness program and fantastic first step or re-start into fitness. Classes are 45 minutes and capped 12 people per class. Bootcamp program is introduction to high intensity, constantly varied movements.

Each Free Trial class is a full 1-hour session led by a Certified CrossFit Coach, including instruction and a workout tailored to each person’s fitness level. No experience needed, and everything can be scaled!

What to bring?
- Comfortable workout clothes

Alright, we got a little carried away with the poster. But there's a reason.

We're running 2 months for the price of 1 for new and returning members!

12 spots in Bootcamp. 12 spots in CrossFit. That's not a marketing number, it's how many people we can take without the classes getting crowded.

Bootcamp — $80 for 2 months Over 50 classes a week starting at 6:15AM. 45-minute group sessions, real coaching, no experience needed.

CrossFit — $135 for 2 months Full access, full programming, and coaches who'll actually watch your reps. (+ On Ramp foundations course for newbies). Over 50 classes a week!

Been away a while? If you haven't had an active membership or 8-pass with us in 2026, you count as returning — this is for you too.

It's not about getting shredded before the holidays. It's about sleeping better, handling stress better, and being able to take on whatever the rest of the year throws at you. Two months is long enough to actually feel that.

Register and pay before 12 September or before the 12 spots go, whichever comes first. We're not the type to quietly extend it, and we're not going to add a 13th spot either.
