📣 RACE DAY THIS SUNDAY 🏁🔥
You know the drill — see you at the track on Sunday morning.
This one is a little different though. We’re mixing it up with a 1000m individual race followed by a 4 x 400m mixed relay — teams will be seeded from the 1000m results so expect a competitive and closely fought finish. 😄
Invite anyone you know who fancies a race — the more the better. Let’s make it a big one! 💪

Race Day Details: 📍 Olympic Stadium ⏰ 5.45am – Check-in & warm-up 🏁 6.00am – Start 💰 2000 riel track entry fee — that’s it!

This week we put in the miles and earn our race day at PPAC. 🏃🏁

PPAC Group Sessions | 31 August – 06 September

Tuesday – Threshold (AM and PM)
Two sessions available — morning and evening. Mile repeats to build the strength and stamina we need heading into race week! 🌅🌆

Thursday – Hammer Intervals (PM only)
Evening session at The Elysée. A punchy session with options for all levels — come ready to work! ⚡

Sunday – Race Day! 🏁
Something a little different this Sunday — we kick off with a 1000m individual race before teams go head to head in a 4 x 400m mixed relay! Open to all, no experience needed. Just show up and race!

SATURDAY LONG RUN | This weekend!

It’s time to get those kms on your legs!

We're heading out for a big one this Saturday — 20 to 22km across town. Koh Norea Bridge, Euro Park, and finishing at Koh Pich for coffee and a good chat.
All paces welcome and the more the merrier — so grab a friend and bring them along! We love new faces!

What an incredible morning! Yesterday we joined our friends at SheRuns Club for their 5K road race!

Community, girl power, and good vibes from start to finish. We are always honoured to run alongside such a positive and inspiring group of people. Thank you SheRuns for having us — until next time!

Big news — the morning session is back! 🎉 Two sessions available this week for the early risers and the evening crowd alike. Come get your 800s in! 🌅🌆

Thursday – Norwegian 4x4 (PM only)

Evening session at The Elysée. Four hard efforts, three minutes to recover — simple, brutal, effective! ⚡️

Saturday – Long Slow Distance Run

Multiple pick-up points for a scenic route over Koh Norea Bridge to Euro Park and back to Koh Pich. The perfect way to close out the week! 🌅🗺
