ករណីយោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តធ្វើសកម្មភាពបាញ់ប្រហារយ៉ាងកំរោល ដោយមិនរើសអើង និងមិនរើសគោលដៅ ផ្លោងចូលទីតាំងប្រជាជនស៊ីវិល និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជាក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ នាថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥៖
- ម៉ោង១៣:៣៥នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ១៥:០៦នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម បាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ១៣គ្រាប់ ចូលភូមិសាស្រ្តសង្កាត់និមិត្ត ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៤:១០នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម បាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ១គ្រាប់ ចូលសង្កាត់និមិត្ត ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៤:១៨នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ១៥:០៧នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ចំនួន ១៤គ្រាប់ នៅភូមិព្រៃគប់ សង្កាត់អូរឬស្សី ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៤:៣០នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម បាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ៦គ្រាប់ ចូលសង្កាត់អូរឬស្សី ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៥:២៥នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ចំនួន ២គ្រាប់ បាញ់ផ្លោងចូលម្ដុំសង្កាត់អូរឬស្សី ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៦:០៤នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ២គ្រាប់ ចូលសង្កាត់ផ្សារកណ្តាល ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
- ម៉ោង ១៦:៤០នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំប្រភេទ ១៥៥ម.ម បាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ៣គ្រាប់ ចូលចំនុច ខាងជើងរង្វង់មូលស្ទឹងបត់ ភូមិស្ទឹងបត់ សង្កាត់ផ្សារកណ្តាល ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត។
ក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជាសូមប្រកាសថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះការវាយប្រហារយ៉ាងកំរោលរំលោភបំពានដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា និងអំពើអមនុស្សធម៌របស់យោធាថៃ ដោយបាញ់ផ្លោងមិនរើសអើង និងមិនរើសគោលដៅ ដោយយកទីតាំងប្រជាជនជនស៊ីវិលរស់នៅច្រើនកុះករ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជា ជាគោលដៅនៃការវាយប្រហារ និងសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិដាក់សម្ពាធទៅលើប្រទេសថៃឱ្យបញ្ឈប់សកម្មភាពបំពានច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងររបស់ខ្លួនជាបន្ទាន់ និងបង្ខំឱ្យប្រទេសនេះងាកមករកដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធីវិញជាចាំបាច់។

✍🏻សូមបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋតាមដាននិងទទួលព័ត៌មានពីប្រភពផ្លូវការ ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមសហការណ៍ និងគោរពទៅតាមការណែនាំរបស់អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានទាំងអស់គ្នា។
The Thai military continues to conduct its brutal, indiscriminate shelling into the densely populated innocent civilian area and civilian infrastructure in Poipet Municipality, Banteay Meanchey province, on December 21, 2025:
- From 1:35pm to 3:06pm, the Thai military fired 13 shells of 155mm artillery into the area of Nimit district, Poipet Municipality.
- At 2:10pm, the Thai military fired 1 shell of 155mm artillery into the area of Nimitt district, Poipet Municipality.
- From 2:18pm to 3:07pm, the Thai military fired 14 mortar shells into Prey Kup village, O’ Russey commune, Poipet Municipality.
- At 2:30pm, the Thai military fired 6 shells of 155mm artillery into the area of Prey Kup village, O’ Russey District, Poipet Municipality.
- At 3:25pm, the Thai military fired 2 mortar shells into the area of O’ Russey District, Poipet Municipality.
- At 4:04pm, the Thai military fired 2 shells into the area of Phsar Kandal District, Poipet Municipality.
- At 4:40pm, the Thai military fired 3 shells of 155mm artillery into the north side of the Steung Bot roundabout, Steung Bot village, Phsar Kandal District, Poipet Municipality.
The Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia condemns in the strongest possible terms the brutal armed aggression that violates the Cambodia's sovereignty and the inhumane acts of the Thai military characterized by indiscriminate shelling without regard for civilian lives, constitute a grave assault on the densely populated civilian area and civil infrastructure as the target. We call on the international community to exert immediate pressure on Thailand to cease its grave violations of international laws and egregious human rights abuses. It is imperative that the international community compel Thailand to urgently pursue a peaceful resolution.
⏰ As of now, the situation has returned to calm.
