🇧🇷✨ A Historic Moment for Capoeira in Cambodia ✨🇰🇭
This week marks a beautiful milestone for Cordão de Ouro Cambodia. During Mestre Braulio’s first visit to Phnom Penh — joined by our senior students and leaders — we had the honor of meeting H.E. Vivian Loss Sanmartin, Ambassador of Brazil to Cambodia.
Our conversation was filled with warmth, curiosity, and a shared belief in the power of culture to build bridges. We explored meaningful ways to collaborate in the future to expand Capoeira, Brazilian arts, and cultural exchange here in Cambodia.
For our community, this moment is more than a meeting. It is a recognition of the work, passion, and resilience that everyone has poured into growing Capoeira on Cambodian soil. It is a reminder that our art form carries history, movement, music, and connection — and that it continues to open doors.
We are deeply grateful for the Ambassador’s time, openness, and encouragement. And we look forward to building something beautiful together for the next generation of capoeiristas in Cambodia.
