យើងពិតជាមានមោទនភាពដែលរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឌីជីថលរបស់យើង កញ្ញាសំ យ៉ាត​ ត្រូវបានចែករំលែកនៅលើគេហទំព័ររបស់​ USAID PUBLICATIONS។

បន្ទាប់ពីបានប្រើប្រាស់ជំនាញថ្មីដែលនាងទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញឌីជីថល ដែលរៀបចំឡើង ដោយ សហគ្រាស​សង្គម នាងចាប់ផ្តើមឃើញថាចំណូលរបស់នាងបានកើនឡើង គុណនឹង ៤ ពី ៥០ដុល្លា ទៅ ២០០ដុល្លា។​

វគ្គសិក្សានេះទទួលបានការគាំទ្រមូលនិធិតាមរយៈគម្រោង Digital Asia Accelerator នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារជំនួយអាមេរិក USAID អនុវត្តដោយ DAI Global ។

We are proud that the inspiring story of our Digi Skills Training Graduate, Mrs. Sam Yat has been published on USAID PUBLICATIONS.

After putting the new skills she received from the intensive training on digital skills implemented by Agile Development Group to work, she began to see serious results when her monthly income increased fourfold—from $50 to $200.

This program was funded by the Digital Asia Accelerator, a digital literacy, and cybersecurity initiative run by DAI Global, LLC in partnership with USAID Asia and USAID Cambodia.

Before 2019, Som Yat, 29, didn’t know much about digital tools or platforms. Like many young people across Cambodia, she had never received any formal training on digital tools despite the country’s rapid growth in internet accessibility and social media use.

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាតុមូលលើប្រធានបទ “ការគាំទ្រជនមានពិការភាពក្នុងការទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកឌីជីថល”
ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស ៤ រូបរួមមាន លោក ឈន អក្ខរា ប្រធានផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍសេវាពិការភាព នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសកម្មភាពជនពិការ កញ្ញា នួន សីហកញ្ញា តំណាងស្រ្តីមានពិការភាព លោក ម៉ី សាមីត នាយកប្រតិបត្តិមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជីវិតរស់នៅដោយឯករាជ្យនៃជនពិការភ្នំពេញ (PPCIL) និង លោកស្រី ម៉ាក់ ម៉ូនីកា អង្គការជនពិការកម្ពុជា (CDPO) បានផ្តល់នូវការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមព្រមទាំងពន្លិចនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ វិធីសាស្ត្រ និងការគាំទ្រដល់ជនមានពិការភាពក្នុងការទទួលបានអក្ខរកម្មផ្នែកឌីជីថលនេះ។

សិក្ខាកាមដែលបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីជំនាញឌីធីថល ក៏បានទទួលវិញ្ញាបនប័ត្របញ្ជាក់ការសិក្សាជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីផងដែរ។

សហគ្រាសសង្គម អ៊ែដ្យាយល៍ មានសេចក្តីរីករាយក្នុងការបន្តជោគជ័យនេះ ហើយយើងមានការប្តេជ្ញាយ៉ាងមុះមុតក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ជនមានពិការភាពក្នុងការទទួលបានជំនាញឌីជីថលនេះបន្ថែម។

"The Importance of Digital Skills for People with Disabilities" Online Forum was successfully held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 under the presence of H.E Em Chanmakara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and Secretary General of the Disability Action Council attended by more than 60 representatives from USAID DAI Global, partner organizations, people with disabilities, and distinguished guests.

The forum provided an opportunity for people with disabilities to share their experiences and learn more about the importance of digital skills for businesses and organizations. Participants also had a lively discussion and explored strategies to improve access to digital literacy for people with disabilities.

Panel Discussion on “How can we support people with disabilities to access digital literacy” from guest speakers included Mr Akhra Chhorn, Director of Development Services Disabilities of Disability Action Council, Ms. Noun Sihak Kanha, Women Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Role Model, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), and Mrs. Mak Monika, Executive Director of Cambodian Disabled People's Organization (CDPO) provided additional insights, approaches, and support for people with disabilities to access digital literacy.

At the same time, participants who have completed the “Digi-Skills” - Digital Upskilling for People with Disabilities training, received a Certificate of Completion at the end of the forum.

Agile is pleased to continue this momentum and we are strongly committed to supporting people with disabilities to gain more digital skills.
