ទារកអាយុ ២ថ្ងៃ មកពីស្រុកសំពៅលូន ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ប្រសូត្រតាមផ្លូវធម្មជាតិ ដោយមានមកពីកំណើតនូវ អវៈយវៈលើ ៤ (ដៃ) អវៈយវៈក្រោម៤ (ជើង) (Parasitic twin or Conjoined twin) form heteropagus, acephalus and acardius) និងមានរន្ធគូទត្បៀតជិត (A**l imperforation) បានចូលសំរាកព្យាបាលនៅផ្នែកសង្គ្រោះទារក (NICU) ហើយ ត្រូវបានវះកាត់ដោយ គ្រូពេទ្យឯកទេសវះកាត់ នៃមន្ទីរពេទ្យកុមារជ័យវរ្ម័នទី៧ (គន្ធបុប្ផា ទី៣) ដែលដឹកនាំវះកាត់ដោយលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ កែវ សុខា លោកវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិតឯកទេស ប៉ុន ឡាឌីន និង លោកវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិតឯកទេស អៀន សារិន។
ទារករូបនេះ បានឆ្លងការវះកាត់៤លើក ដោយជោគជ័យ។ ការវះកាត់លើកទី១គឺ ការវះកាត់យកអវៈយវៈលើ១គូរ(ដៃ)ចេញ។ ការវះកាត់លើកទី២គឺ ការវះកាត់ដោយចោះពោះវៀនធំដើម្បីអោយទារកបន្ទោបង់លាមកតាមចង្កេះ (colostomy)បណ្តោះអាសន្ន។ ការវះកាត់លើកទី៣គឺ ការវះកាត់យកអវៈយវៈក្រោម១គូរ(ជើង)ចេញ។ ការវះកាត់លើកទី៤គឺ ការវះកាត់យកឆ្អឹង p***s ដែលខូចទំរង់ពីកំណើតចេញ។ ក្រោយការព្យាបាលដោយវះកាត់ទាំង៤លើក ទារកមានសុខភាពល្អ មានការលូតលាស់និងធំធាត់ប្រក្រតី ដោយមានការជួយសង្គ្រោះដ៏ល្អនិងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពពីក្រុមវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិតឯកទេសផ្នែកសង្គ្រោះទារក (NICU)។
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ៍ ទី០៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ទារករូបនេះ បានចេញទៅផ្ទះដោយស្នាមញញឹមជាមួយឪពុកម្តាយ ដោយមានការណាត់ជួបគ្រូពេទ្យវះកាត់យើង ៣ខែក្រោយវិញ ដើម្បីបិទពោះវៀនវិញ និងជួសជុលរន្ធគូទ។

A 2-day-old baby boy from Battambang province was born with 4 upper limbs (arms) and 4 lower limbs (legs) (parasitic twin) and had a**l stenosis. Operated by Prof. Keo Sokha, Dr. Pon Ladin and Dr. Ean Sarin. The first surgical intervention was the removal of a pair of upper limbs (arms). The second surgery was a colostomy to temporarily. The third operation was to remove a pair of lower limbs (legs). The fourth operation was to remove the p***s bone.
After all four surgical interventions, the baby was healthy, with good health.
