Specialising in Kitesurfing, Wakeboarding, Tubing, Waterskiing, Wind Winging and Stand Up Paddle boarding. Tribe Watersports is based in Watamu Kenya and specialises in kitesurfing, wake boarding, water skiing and stand up paddle boarding. The team of staff have all be trained to the level of excellence that is required to work as a Tribe Watersports instructor. All staff hold internationally recognized qualifications from governing bodies such as the BKSA, IKO, RYA, BWSF and AWA.

Join Tribe Watersports for the Kaskazi Season!

Tribe Watersports is looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team in beautiful Watamu, Kenya, for the Kaskazi season. The season runs from December through March, and we are seeking committed individuals for these months.

🌊 About the Kaskazi Season:

Duration: December to March
Wind Conditions: Averages around 20 knots, consistently blowing from the NE from late morning onwards.
Water Conditions: Enjoy good flat water throughout the day, with a flat water lagoon, warm (29 degrees) waist-deep water, and consistent cross-shore winds. The calm mornings are perfect for fantastic SUP excursions, including dolphin trips with clients.

🛑 Positions Available:

Kitesurfing Instructors
Winging Instructors
Ski Boat Driver
Receptionists (Ideal for a couple)

🛑 What We Offer:

Commission on lessons and excursions
Accommodation (Private Room Including Bills and WiFi)
Work permit costs covered

📝 Applicant Requirements:

Essential:

English speaking (Italian or other languages a bonus)
Relevant qualification (Kitesurfing Instructor, Winging Instructor, or Ski Boat Driver)
At least one season of teaching or driving experience (for instructors and drivers)
Friendly, fun, and outgoing attitude

Receptionist Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in customer service or hospitality
Friendly and welcoming demeanour
Ability to manage bookings and provide information to guests
