*EYSA FC OFFICIAL NOTICE.*
RE: *RESUMPTION OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES*
We send you warm greetings from ESYSA ACADEMY. We hope that God has been evident in your life during this difficult pandemic period.
Following government regulations towards limiting social gatherings on group activities after the emergence of covid19 in March, 2020, which also has affected us thus cutting us off from meeting physically and training together since then.
The academy's management therefore,following the government's announcement on sports training resumption found it better to start an official training if the teams since the children have been training all along the pandemic period.
*Recommendations made during the meeting were:*
1.Since the yearly registration was to be carried out this November, all the interested members will be re-registered and also new members will get a chance to register
2. Member registration will have afull training and game skits which will be communicated later to confirm the colour.But this will be after passing the training test.
3. The number of the members will be reduced to at most *50%* for proper training which will be satisfactory and standard due to size of the training ground.
4. Elimination method will be based on *seriousness, discipline and capabilities* in the sport. This will be done causiously to cater for individual feelings. Those eliminated will be professionally adviced on which activity to take according to their capabilities and talents.
5.There will be *only* two (2) strong teams for football. They be staged grouped according to age i.e *10-12* and *13-15* .Any other groupings will be done professionally by the professional coaches according to capabilities and tactically.
6. Covid19 regulations and directives to be adhered to and physically put into practice.
Therefore, we are requesting an official meeting with the *Players* on *Thursday 5th November 2020* for those who will be available so as to brief them and also make them understand all these matters.
