*REF: OFFICIAL TRANSFER OF PLAYER - BEN CHESS TO AITEC FC*

This agreement is made between *Legetetwet Football Club (LEGETETWET FC)* hereinafter referred to as "The Releasing Club" and *Aitec FC* hereinafter referred to as "The Receiving Club" regarding the transfer of football player *BEN CHESS*.

*1. PLAYER DETAILS*
Player Name: *Ben Chess*
Current Club: Legetetwet Football Club
New Club: Aitec FC

*2. TERMS OF TRANSFER*

a) Both clubs have mutually agreed to the full and permanent transfer of the above-named player from Legetetwet FC to Aitec FC.

b) *Transfer Fee:* Aitec FC has agreed to pay a transfer fee of *Ksh 30,000 (Kenya Shillings Thirty Thousand Only)* to Legetetwet Football Club.

d) Upon completion of this transfer, Legetetwet FC shall release all sporting rights and obligations over the player to Aitec FC.

e) The player shall be eligible to feature for Aitec FC in all competitions immediately after signing this agreement and clearance.

We, the undersigned, confirm that this transfer has been done in good faith, with the full consent of the player and both clubs, and in the best interest of nurturing the player's talent and
