Thursday Circuit Training
The main objective of this training session was to enhance players' overall skills, teamwork, and fitness through a combination of tactical gameplay and physical conditioning.
1. First Station: 5v5 Game
2. Focus: Develops tactical understanding, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
- Transition: The team that loses in the 5v5 game will move to the second station.
2. Second Station: Speed and Agility Drills
- Focus: Improves individual quickness, coordination, and reaction time.
- Transition: The team that was performing these drills will move to the third station.
3. Third Station: Passing Drills
4. Focus: Enhances ball control, precision, and communication between players.
- Transition: The team that was doing passing drills will replace the eliminated team in the 5v5 game, and the rotation continues.
