Sleep is such an important part of our wellness, contributing largely to great mental and physical health.
However, there's lots of damaging messaging now around 'success and no sleep...you know, the 24/7 grind'
I'm here to let you know to make sleep a priority! Not just sleep duration, but sleep quality too. This is key for focused productivity and longevity, mentally and physically.
