Hello people. Schools are closing and you must be wondering how to engage your children with some positive activities. Here at Koryu-uchinadi we come in handy; we shall provide you with that alternative engagement for your children.
We also provide anti-rape defensive techniques for women; as well as group and personal training for all fitness levels, for both children and adults.
Find us at the Kids gymnastics centre for Karate lessons for children aged 7 and above. Kids gymnastics Centre is housed by Inquisitive Minds Montessori International School situated along Margaret Wambui Kenyatta Road (formerly know as Mugumo Road). It is a walking distance from Lavington Mall.
Alternatively find us in Westlands at the Arena Gym of Sarit Centre mall. We are here specifically on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 pm.
We also offer classes at the convenience of your home.
