Abdi- GYM Instructor GYM Training. I'm an experienced Gym Instructor who trains in various activities in the gym. Days and Time:

TELEPOSTA TOWERS (GPO) 5TH FLOOR.

Mainly taebo (choma choma),spinning,aerobics,steps,kick boxing and various activities as the client desires. Mondays: 7.30-8.30am and from 1pm - 2pm

Wednesdays: 6.30 pm- 7.30pm. Fridays : 6.30 am- 7.30 am and 7.30 am- 8.30 pm. Saturdays from 11.30 am- 1 pm. KENYA CINEMA PLAZA - 4TH FLOOR. Tuesdays : 6 pm - 7 pm. Thursdays : 1 pm - 2 pm. Saturdays : 8am - 10 am.
