We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Tong-IL Moo-Do martial arts outreach program held in Siaya County, Bondo District, at Kanyibok Primary School. This initiative aimed to inspire discipline, physical fitness, and holistic growth among students while introducing them to the values and skills of Tong-IL Moo-Do, a martial art that emphasizes self-discipline, respect, and personal development.
During the program, we invited Usenge Primary and Secondary School and Nyamonye Girls School.
Students participated in interactive sessions where they learned basic martial arts techniques, the importance of discipline, and how to apply these principles in their daily lives. The program also highlighted the potential for martial arts to become a career path, encouraging students to explore opportunities in sports and self-defense.
We are committed to expanding this initiative across Kenya to nurture the young generation into disciplined, well-rounded individuals. Through Tong-IL Moo-Do, we aim to instill values that will help students excel not only in martial arts but also in their academic and personal lives.
