Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute series of 26 Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises, carried out in a room heated to 40 degrees celcius and 40 percent humidity. The heat increases muscle flexibility and is also very detoxifying. Bikram Yoga is designed for everyone from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. If you are not very flexible, and you have never done yoga before, don’t w

orry – you will not be alone! Because of the combination of the heat and the sequence of postures, the practice is very intense, and has dramatic and immediate results. You can lose weight, tone up, de-stress, and feel fantastic! SCHEDULE:
Mon-Fri classes at 6am, 8am, 10am, 5pm, 7pm
Sat-Sun classes at 8am, 10am, 12pm and 4pm
