2026: COMMUNITY COACHES DEVELOPMENT & MENTORSHIP PATHWAY ||

The Financial Literacy Workshop was delivered by Stanbic Bank through the Financial Fitness Academy on 25th April at Parklands Baptist it was highly important for the 114 community coaches who attended.
The workshop equipped coaches with practical financial knowledge and skills to better manage their personal and team finances. It helped them understand budgeting, saving, and planning for both short-term needs and long-term goals.
It also strengthened their ability to make informed financial decisions including managing debt exploring income generating opportunities to the team and building financial discipline. This reduces financial stress and allows them to focus more effectively on their coaching and community work.
Beyond personal benefit the workshop has a ripple effect. Financially empowered coaches become positive role models passing on good financial habits to the young people they mentor. This contributes to stronger more financially aware communities and supports sustainable development at the grassroots level.
