MT EBURRU UPDATE
When hiking in a warm condition mountain, dressing right is key to staying comfortable, energized, and safe.*
1. Understand Your Body
At the beginning of a hike, your body works harder to generate heat and adapt to the terrain. As a result, you start sweating.
⚠️ Too much heat = excessive sweating = energy loss + discomfort
Manage Sweat & Stay Dry
Sweat is normal—but too much can drain you.
Wear quick-dry fabrics
Keep airflow -don’t overdress)
Hydration & Energy
You lose a lot through sweat, especially electrolytes.
Drink water regularly (don’t wait until you're thirsty)
Carry electrolytes or salt snacks
Snack often to maintain energy levels
Don’t hike for the weather—hike for your body.
