Saturday’s can be a very hard day to put in some body crushing work, but our timings have always been ideal to many and this is why it has worked for us for the last 6 years . It was hardwork like Normal the atmosphere was perfect and the campers put in some major work to start there weekend on a high healthy note . Day 4 of Training .
Still taking easy really dont want to pull up an injury on my Journey to 89 😂. I cant do much in the gym so I opted for the outdoor experience . My diet still needs improvement but I have managed to stop the late night snacking and constantly improving on my sleep pattern .
Lets see What tomorrow Will offer and before I forget Happy Holidays to all .. 💪🏾💪🏾

After 9 months of inconsistent training due to reasons that I myself cant comprehend 🤷🏽‍♂️. Its been nice being chubby for a while but I miss my 89kg look 🙈.
As of today its been day 3 of getting back to Fit , my body is truly wrecked 106kg with such number it gives me a feeling Of everything is a strain When trying to work out . My diet hasnt been the best especially When Mum was looking after me while I was visiting 😂. But anyways lets see how it goes 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾. In sha Allah 🤲🏾
