1. Nutrition coaching - Getting your clients to start and stick to a caloric deficit

2. Pick and train the exercises that build the muscle while using the most muscles

3. Pick cardio training that burns calories and elevates metabolism.

4. Teach your clients ways to increase their non exercise activities. Activities that burn calories but are not necessarily exercise.

2. Learn program design - Different clients have different needs, successful training starts and ends with the right exercise selection and progressive overload.

3. Ask the right questions - to sell you need
to know who you're selling to.

4. Learn how to sell - Selling is a skill, but that's how you make a profit and stay in business.

5. Deliver what you promised - Delivering is how you keep clients. Client retention is easier than getting clients.

Got a fitness trainer certificate, great, you're 10% there on your way to becoming a great trainer.

The other 90% is your ability to solve clients problems satisfactorily. Your best tool is to find out what it is that your clients really need... Then provide that.

Most of the people who will come to you for help have already tried other workouts and other diets. Find out why those failed and do the opposite.

Selling personal training is simply talking about how you're going to solve a potential problem that a potential client has. We'll definitely talk more about this in our Master Class this September.

Additional income streams for Personal Trainers..

Most PTs would like to know how to additional income from something other than Personal Training but for you to do that, you have to make sure first your PT business is doing well, earning you a profit and representing your brand as best as it can. Adding an additional income stream to an already struggling Personal Training business will only guarantee you that the next hustle will also struggle.

The Business of PT is part of our 4 Month Fitness Instructor Course starting 4th of February 2020. January Intake closes that same week, Feb 9th.
