I attended the biggest chess event in Africa; the Kenya National Youth Chess Championship 2026 just concluded at Mang'u High School.
More than 8000 players is amazing!!
I was privileged to be a trainer to several participants here. They produced great results. We shall be presenting very strong players to the Africa Youth Chess Championship 2026 to be held in Uganda. Wishing them the best Coach Erick Oyugi
