Most struggles around belly fat is due to lack of physical activity and undereating (eating 1-2 meals a day) which will is really bad for an adult like you.

If you say you’re going to workout tomorrow, schedule it and do it.
If you set a goal to lose inches this week, put in the effort & make it happen.
If you don’t feel motivated, SHOW UP and do it anyway.
If you want to lose belly fat and feel confident in your favourite clothes again.
It’s not going to magically happen.
