Hey fam! 🥋 Zettu Unified Martial Arts is running an APRIL HOLIDAY MARTIAL ARTS KIDS TRAINING

📅 Dates: April 10th – 25th (Tue, Thur & Sat at 10 am).
📍 Location: State House Road, Nairobi.
💰 Cost: Kes 11,500 per child for the whole holiday program (as stated on the poster).
👕 Uniform, grading & belts are provided – uniform priced at Kes 5,500.

We're excited to offer martial arts training for kids at Zettu Unified Martial Arts!

Weekday Classes (Tue, Thur, Fri):
- Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
- Fee: Kes 1,000 per session

Saturday Classes:
- Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
- Fee: Kes 1,500 per session

We offer flexible monthly commitments tailored to your child's schedule. Simply select the days they'd like to train, and we'll create a customized plan.

Conquer the 360 Tornado Kick in 4 Steps! Practice each step slowly to nail the full rotation!

Step 1: Setup - Pivot and look back at your target to generate momentum.

Step 2: The Chamber: Bring your knee high and tight, driving your non-kicking leg up for a lift.

Step 3: The Rotation & Strike: Turn your hips over and extend the kick, making contact with the foot.

Step 4: The Landing: Complete the full 360° rotation and land with control, ready for the next move!
