Forever am committed to ensuring women and girls play sports, they are heard and are given equal opportunities. 🌹🌹

This , we're celebrating what happens when girls have the ball ⚽

Girls who play sport stay in school longer, build confidence, and develop the skills to lead. 80% of female Fortune 500 CEOs played sport growing up.

The potential is clear. But by age 14, girls drop out of sport at twice the rate of boys — and that's a loss for all of us.

We're committed to equal play — on and off the field.

Binti Bingwa, Purpose Sports’ flagship Girls Mentorship Program, has always been about the girl behind the player 💙

For me, this work is deeply personal. I’ve seen how something as simple as lack of sanitary pads can quietly take a girl out of spaces she deserves to be in school, sport, and moments that shape her confidence.

Through our Binti Bingwa Pad Drive Campaign, we are choosing to change that story.

Because dignity matters.
Because every girl deserves to show up fully.

500 pads. A step closer to uninterrupted dreams.

Some moments stay with you.

Grateful to have volunteered at the just concluded World Athletics Indoor Championships - in Toruń, 🇵🇱

Serving in Accreditation & Accommodation Operations meant supporting athlete journeys through identity services, safe housing, and daily logistics. I worked in diverse, mixed-gender teams where roles were driven by skill, teamwork, and event needs a reminder that equity strengthens performance.

Proud to witness how inclusion becomes practice, and how global sport can model gender equality in action under World Athletics leadership.

Proud moment to be serving my Country’s 🇰🇪athletic delegation among other world class athletes.

Day 2 at the World Athletics Indoor Championships, 🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱 Torun, Poland and what an immersive experience it has been.

Volunteering inside a world-class sporting environment is giving me a front-row view of how global events are delivered - precision, teamwork, diversity, and pure passion for sport.

Special highlight: meeting incredible athletes and Kenyan athletes who truly showed excellence on the world stage. So proud of their performance, resilience, and the spirit they carry 🇰🇪

Grateful to be learning, serving, and growing within international sport management spaces. On to the final moments of an unforgettable championship experience.

Sport has the power to shape lives and leadership determines how that power is used.

When women take up tough roles in sports, they don’t just break barriers, they create pathways for girls to dream, participate, and lead.

Women’s leadership in sport strengthens communities, promotes safer environments, and builds more inclusive systems for everyone.

Let’s continue to support women to lead boldly and with purpose.
