Master Clarence Mwakio Ingalwa Chairman Kenya Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation and President Africa Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation made a courtesy call to Aurelia Rono, the Principal Secretary, State Department for Parliamentary Affairs, Kenya.
We had a rich conversation about Tong-IL Moo-Do and how sports can enhance mental well-being of athletes of all ages and gender.
We also discussed strategies to increase number of female athletes countrywide and how we can positively guide them towards professionalism in the Martial Art and general increase of vibrant activities globally.
We look forward towards many future programs with you, Madam PS. Hopefully our young girls and women shall be greatly inspired by you and set higher targets in their lives.
