France captures African Continental Olympic Qualifiers .

Africa Athletes face difficulties and conditions of visa and expensive travel to Europe.

Tokyo 2020 Olympic Continental Qualifiers to be conducted in France , denying African athletes the opportunity to qualify on Africa Soil .

Since 2008 , all Canoe slalom and sprint Qualifiers of Olympic Games of 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020 Sprint qualifiers have been held on Africa Soil .

European lobby has intimidated and silenced the African Representatives to remain silent and accept French "assistance" or be sanctioned.

Economic and Political reasons are cited for transfer of Olympic Olympic Qualifiers to France without Consultation with African National Canoe Federations, ANOCA, NOCs or IOC

The real reasons are understood , to give better chance to French Dual Citizen Athletes of France to qualify for 2020 Tokyo Olympics in at the expense of Indigenous African Athletes within Africa and to improve the popularity rating of IOC member of France and ICF vice president Tony Estaguet .

Several Aftican countries expressed interest to host the African Canoe slalom qualifiers but the ICF Slalom Slalom Chairman who is French Jean Michel Prono and ÌCF Vice President Tony Estaguet from France have conspired with ICF Secretary General Simon Toulson who is known to be Anti-African , to move the Qualifiers to France in March 2021 .
