Football has a way of rewarding those who endure long enough to meet the results of their own persistence.
Today, I extend my congratulations to 3K FC on earning promotion to the Sportpesa League . Their ascent is a fitting tribute to patience, conviction, and the quiet labor that often goes unnoticed until success finally arrives.
This is a proud moment not only for the club but for the wider Mt. Kenya football community. Every genuine rise expands what others believe is possible.

THE CRAB MENTALITY

There was once a man who sat on a fishing dock and observed the behavior of a group of live crabs in a bucket.

While all the crabs wriggled at the bottom, occasionally one of them would attempt to crawl up the side in an effort to reach the top and escape. However, every time a crab got close to the rim, another crab from below would grab it and pull it back down. This pattern continued as more crabs tried to climb up, only to be pulled back down by their fellow crabs.

If a crab is placed alone in a bucket, it can easily climb out and escape. But when placed with a few other crabs, something interesting happens: one by one, as the crabs attempt to escape, the other crabs will prevent them from doing so, resulting in a collective demise for the entire group.

Within the realm of psychology, this conduct came to be identified as "The Crab Effect" or "The Crab Mentality," serving as an illustration of the self-centered, destructive, and envious mindset displayed by certain individuals within a group. Such individuals will attempt to undermine and impede the advancement of those members who outperform them.

Let's talk about mitunguu queens one more and probably the last time

There were these great gentlemen i never talked about or anyone ever did...
John Njagi and Kelvin Silali these two guys worked simultaneously behind the scenes for the best of the team.. john was my right assistant and he really did great.. sober conscious and calm always.. a Wonderful scout and a patient man..
Silali spent most of the time with the bigger number of the players in the team... Training the girls diligently and kept all the records throughout the week... Team selection was easy for me.. i trusted them fully and they never disappointed... Om matters tactics and leadership i always deliver..
Tm alex played the role of the tm. Wonderfully
But fate outdid us all...

I am glad the girls found a new home at limbine and they are well

Coach silali left Meru county but left parmanent marks..

One fact there is: 80% of my players be lads or girls are on the pitch and doing well even though not under me 😊
Meanwhile mitunguu queens will only remain a fairy tale.. maybe one day.. one native will rise with passion and revive the great club

Sometimes the greatest support is believing in someone when they are still becoming who they dream to be,.... encouraging them, standing by them, and reminding them not to give up when the world doubts them.
