Our new landlord, for his own ‘good’ reason, decided to introduce new terms on an already existing and consummated contract.
We declined.
For this reason, he decided to become hostile by declining to receive rent from us. The impasse is a matter that is currently before the High Court.
We advised the court that we have opted to surrender rent to our lawyer. This is in the domain of our landlord’s knowledge.
We will advice you once resolve the situation. We take this opportunity to assure you that your membership is intact and unaffected. It will still be valid when we resume normal operations.
