📍FKF Mandera Branch will form Leagues and Competition Committee to run the league in all the sub counties.
📍Teams will be grouped into groups of 8 teams each based on proximity to each other
📍Each team will play 14 matches in home and away format.
📍Registration fee and Officiating Fee will be paid in Phases (months)
