Regrets are a universal phenomenon. However, in the face of mistakes seen in retrospect, regrets certainly sting even more.

During scouting you have all the information in front of you and you make a decision and sometimes the decision isn’t black and white…I think there’s always an element of ‘am I
making the right decision?’ I think for the most part you feel it’s the right decision,
but I think there’s always an element of uncertainty, which makes it tough.

With the appointment of Salim Babu at Kisumu All Stars I feel they are heading in the right direction as they prepare for life in the National Super League.

Salim Babu reigns supreme. He doesn't take any crap and he doesn't give any crap. He gets the best players and he gets them to play at their best.
