I'm finding this out the hard way. My 1st time working out postpartum and l am learning how to navigate it, day by day. My goal is not to get my "old" body back, but to become stronger in my postpartum body now.
Motherhood changed my body in more ways than I can describe, but fitness is helping me remember what being strong felt like. Hope this resonates with your journey in fitness as a mom too.
It might be hard but it is totally worth it!

3 Months and this is what I have achieved, for me, have been a bit slow but all the same I have made some good progress. JOIN ME for some postpartum fitness as I strive to make better lifestyle choices inorder to achieve better results.
