Did you know it's hyperhidrosis awareness month.... I speak up about it to help those under going the same problem..... Sweaty palms or hands....I didn't know it's a medical condition until I watched it at Family Media Kenya .Palmar hyperhidrosis- Excessive uncontrollable sweating of the hands or palms.This medical condition is an extremely stressful, embarrassing and confidence wrecking problem from ruined paperwork to slippery handshake sweaty palms can negatively impact your social life, education and career.I have to speak up.It's worse during November and December because of the sunny, or summer weather during cold weather the hands are very cold, since the hands sweat even during cold weather a cooling effect is created around the hands (palms) hence the hands become very cold like placed on a fridge and removed.No wonder when I greet somebody complains my hands cold and thinks I have riding a bodaboda, it's a medical condition and can be treated but a lot research has to be done.To BREAK THE STIGMA YOU MUST EDUCATE THOSE AROUND YOU. .hyperhidrosisawarenessKenya.com
