*The Reality of Our Current Season*
Our primary objective is clear: Maintain our Division two status. While we all dream of the Div 1, National Super League (NSL), we must first stabilize the foundation.
Currently, we are navigating a "perfect storm" of challenges:
1. The Injury Crisis: With nearly a third of our squad sidelined due to injuries and illness, our depth is being tested like never before.
2. Financial Hurdles: Funding a competitive club is a marathon. Budgetary gaps have led to delayed preparations, which affects rhythm and match fitness.
3. Squad Unity: Player commitment is the glue of any team. We are working internally to ensure every individual wearing the jersey understands the weight of the badge and the expectations of the fans.
*The Road Ahead: Stability then Success*
We aren't looking for excuses; we are looking for solutions.
Our strategy is built on the belief that incremental gains lead to monumental results.
1. Solving the Gaps: We don’t need a miracle to stay up. If we can address even half of our current medical and financial issues, our on-field performance will shift drastically.
2. Faith in the Technical Bench: We have full confidence in our new coach and the tactical direction being implemented. The turnaround is coming.
3. The Div 1,NSL and kpl Vision: This season is about resilience. Next season is about the push. By securing our spot in the conference league now, we buy the time needed to recruit, refine, and hunt for promotion next year.
