We are helping Lokitang Primary school to grow two school gardens,
But the only challenge we still have is the school don't have enough water to feed their learners and gardens.
There for we would love and need your donation of two WATER TANKS in order to help these students to grow their school gardens.

After the gardens evaluation and monitoring.
FAH is happy to see the changes.
Among the 26 beneficiaries who got seeds from FAH.
21 small stakeholder farmers were able to grow crops and harvest. And 5 others were not able to grow crops due to same challenges they faced.
Such: not enough water, Animals are eating the crops,,,etc

Many thanks to FAH team. I really appreciate for your hard working and the effort you are doing by encourage community, schools and Churches to grow food in order to Fight Hunger in kakuma refugee camp.
89% of refugees still live on less than $2 per day and some of them $1. On this budget,it can be impossible to sustain life.
The work of this FAH team is to encourage poor families to grow their own home kitchen garden in order to feed their children.

fact: did you know that Kakuma population live in food deserts, or areas with limited access to fresh food. With growing market fluctuations, being close to the production of our own food sources has never been more important. That's why we work with small stakeholder farms across Kakuma refugee Camp in order to build community and school gardens!
