When William Samoei Ruto welcomes foreigners who are experiencing hardships in their home country, they call him undemocratic kasongo.
Yet when he orders foreigners to regularise their immigration status and obtain the necessary papers, suddenly he is branded a xenophobic anti-Pan-African.

Even doesn’t allow people to enter the country haphazardly and start hawking anything and everything without proper documentation.
Pan-Africanism does not mean lawlessness. There must be order, proper documentation and respect for the laws of the host country.
