We moved, we challenged ourselves, we connected, and most importantly, we had fun grooving!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us , brought their energy, and helped make this tour stop a memorable one. This is what Strike. Sweat. Unite. is all about - building a community that grows stronger together.

The journey continues, and if this was anything to go by, KataBox Groove 2.0 is going to be epic!

🥋🧡 We march. We speak. We stand.

Today was a moment to honor lives lost, to stand with families carrying unimaginable pain, and to raise our voices for women who deserve to live without fear. As martial artists, we are taught that true strength is not found in how hard we can strike, but in how fiercely we protect those around us. Every woman deserves to feel safe walking home, safe in her workplace, safe in her relationships, and safe in her community.

We stood in solidarity with mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and every woman whose voice has been silenced by violence. We stood for those who can no longer stand for themselves. Our hearts are with the families mourning loved ones. Our voices are with the survivors. Our commitment is with the movement demanding justice, accountability, and change.

Until every woman can live free from fear, we will continue to speak up.

Because every life matters.
Because every woman matters.
Because silence is not an option.
