While keeping up with the Mental Wellness month, AFYA POWER Fitness sticks to its belief that we must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately.
The 'Sunday Excursion' went down smoothly with lots of games, challenges, and most importantly physical wellness sessions.
