Registration for the Gujo Hachiman Gasshuku 2026 begins today.
First, please send an email to IOGKF Japan at the address below. We will send you a registration Google form link shortly. Please read the instructions carefully and complete your registration.

Precautions for IOGKF Japan Gujo Hachiman Gasshuku 2026 participants.
The Gasshuku date: Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, 2026. Gasshuku venue: Gujo Sports Center Accommodation: Minshuku Onoso, Country Inn Onoso

*The Gasshuku participation fee is 10,000 yen for adults, 8,000 yen for high school students and younger, and 6,000 yen for elementary school students and younger. If it is difficult to participate on both days, the participation fee for one day only is half of the price for each.
*The maximum capacity of the accommodation currently held is about 50 people. If the accommodation exceeds 50 people, please make a reservation by yourself, which is about a 15-minute drive away. We will send an email to those who have exceeded the application after confirming it as soon as possible.
*The deadline is March 10th, but please register early. Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of participants exceeds 50, the above applies.
*The Gasshuku will be held in Japan style. Accommodation will be a shared room for 3~4 people in the Japanese-style room of the above guesthouse, and all meals will be served Japanese food.
*The accommodation fee is 13,000 yen per night with 2 meals.
*Cancellation fee is free until July 31st. After August 1st, an administrative fee of 1,000 yen will be charged. In addition, cancellations made after August 21st will be half the accommodation fee, 70% after the 25th, 80% the day before the stay, and 100% on the day of the stay.
*Please pay the Gasshuku participation fee and accommodation fee in cash on-site. Please do not have change. For those who have canceled, we will send you the transfer account information by email at a later date.
*The Sayonara party will go out into the city after dinner at the guesthouse on the 30th (Sunday) and participate in the Gujo Odori Traditional dance festival. Each is a format of eating and drinking at a store, so there is no Sayonara party participation fee.

*It seems desirable to participate in the Gujo Odori with a yukata and geta. They are rented and sold at each store, so please search for "Gujo Odori Yukata and Geta Rental".
*If you feel unwell or unwell during practice, please do not overdo it and explain the reason to each person in charge and leave.
*Please prepare your own water and meals during the break. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue, so please stay in the designated area.
*Please fill in the schedule and Gasshuku name in the membership handbook and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.
*Please take your garbage home by yourself.
*Please clean the venue after the training.
