📢 We are thrilled to officially welcome the incredible Nikki Curry to the Run2PB coaching team! 🏃‍♀️💨

➡️ Nikki is a powerhouse both on the roads and in her professional life. As a qualified Physiotherapist, a Mum of two, and a highly accomplished runner, she brings a unique blend of health expertise and lived experience to her coaching. She knows exactly what it takes to balance life’s demands while chasing big goals, and she is passionate about helping you do the same.

A few highlights about Coach Nikki:

▪️Elite Performance: Marathon PB of 2:41:10

▪️Proven Results: Multiple podium finishes, including 1st at the Cadbury Marathon (2024) and 3rd at the Oceania Championships (Gold Coast Marathon, 2025).

▪️Professional Expertise: Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours and APPI Pilates trained, making her an incredible resource for injury prevention and rehab.

➡️This weeks guest is Tony Conforti, he shares his remarkable journey of improvement since joining Run2PB with Coach Brady Threlfall at the helm.

➡️ Starting with a marathon personal best of 3:50, Tony has since shaved nearly 50 minutes off that time, most recently clocking a 3:01:02 at the Georgina Spring Fling Marathon. He discussed the challenges of training through one of the harshest Canadian winters in decades, often running in temperatures between -15°C and -25°C. Tony attributes much of his success to being a "student of the sport," maintaining high discipline, and working closely with his coach.
