Zoji-ji temple is big and gorgeous. This temple was especially respected by Ieyasu Tokugawa, and he deeply worshiped to Amida Buddha statue in it during war. This temple is said to have repeatedly saved Ieyasu from dangers and made him to win wars. Therefore, since the Edo Period, it has been widely revered that this temple brings victory and wards off evils. We can see Tokyo Tower behind this temple.

There is a rule of how to worship in shrines. We wash our hands and mouth to cleanse our body before praying for gods. This shrine is famous for cow, and it's said that we can cure bad parts of body if we stroke the same part of cow's statue.
