Big horse client wrapping up a 4 month cut executed like a boss!

102kg down to 93kg at the lowest and according to his at home body fat scanner 12.8% down to 7.9% bodyfat

I truly believe a huge shift in body recomp here with fat going down and muscle going up!

My guy has showed more dedication than some of the bodybuilders out there.

Great work brother, time to get even more jacked! 🐴

5 things that have completely changed the way we train 👇

1. Stop just ticking boxes
Most people walk into the gym just to “get the workout done.”
That’s why they stay looking the same.
Train with intent.
Every set, every rep, every exercise should have purpose behind it.

2. Stop turning your working sets into warm-ups
Warm up properly so when it’s time to WORK… your body is ready to perform at its best.

3. Dial in your ex*****on
Better ex*****on = better muscle stimulus = better results.
Film your lifts. Review your form.
Or have a coach pick apart what you’re missing.

4. Stay properly hydrated
Even slight dehydration can destroy your strength, pumps, performance and recovery.
Most people are walking around underperforming without even realising it.

5. Use the right pre-workout or pump formula
Not essential… but the right formula can massively improve your energy, focus, endurance and training output.
The goal isn’t just to train hard.
It’s to get the MOST out of every session.

Making your food as tasty as possible with heaps of variety whilst you’re in a calorie deficit could be shooting yourself in the foot by making you crave for more.

Conversely if you’re in the off season and need to get down more food than heaps of flavour and variety may be a good thing.

Of course there’s a fine line and everybody has different preferences.

Do you like heaps of variety or keeping it simple ?

Wedding Shreds for my clients .mendoza

Kayla came to me wanting to lose 5kg in the 3 months leading up to her wedding with a sustainable manner without triggering any binge/restrict cycles.

With my guidance and her amazing dedication we managed to exceed that, losing 7kg and getting her in absolutely amazing shape for her wedding. Awesome job Kayla.

Alex has been my client for the last couple of years and we make sure he stays in good shape year round (as I do with all my other clients). With our processes in check, we only needed 8 weeks to pull off 4kg.

This is an incredible shape to be in especially as someone who manages a big and busy business. Great work bro

So great to hear you guys had an amazing wedding and hope you guys are enjoying your new life in the Phillipines 🫶🏼

Most people don’t have an energy problem…

They have a sleep problem. 😴

If your recovery, mood, focus and gym performance feel off lately, these 5 changes made the biggest difference for us👇

1. Fixed our sleep schedule
Sleeping and waking at the same time daily trains your body to fall asleep faster and wake up easier.
2. Stopped caffeine later in the day ☕
Even 8–10 hours later, caffeine can still destroy your sleep quality without you realising it.
3. Made our room sleep-friendly
Cool temperature + dark room = deeper, better-quality sleep.
4. Reduced screen time before bed 📱
Scrolling at night overstimulates your brain and delays sleep.
If you have to use your phone, use night mode or blue light blockers.
5. Added the right supplements 💊
Magnesium + melatonin can help relax the body and improve sleep onset.

Better sleep = better recovery, better workouts, better physique results.

Most people are trying to out-train bad recovery habits.
Don’t be that person.

Things that have helped me work through hard times as of late

Accept it’s okay to not be okay:
As a man , I feel the pressure of being strong and not let things affect me but letting myself be vulnerable and sitting with my feelings was the first step for me.

Allowing myself time to re-charge:
When you’re feeling down, it’s hard to feel motivated to get a lot done. I would beat myself up for not being very productive with work, life, bodybuilding etc., it wasn’t until I allowed myself time to give back to myself that I started to feel better.

Lean on loved ones:
I find if difficult to talk about my problems , it makes me feel like I’m being negative but leaning into people I can talk to like my partner, family, friends and a therapist allows me to see different perspectives and feel lighter.

Focus on gratitude:
When things are going wrong , my mind naturally continues to focus on the other things that are also not going well. Doing my best to journal and focus on the things I can be grateful for shifts my focus.

Look for the lessons:
There aren’t always lessons in everything, sometimes things just suck but for me, finding something I can learn from negative situations helps shift my perspective.

Now it’s finding that balance of pouring into myself whilst doing the things I need to.

By all means I’m no psychologist, so take this for what it is, which is just some of the ways I’ve used to help myself get out of a dark place.

If you need professional help, I urge you to seek it out 🙏🏽❤️

What is your cycle?

Question I get asked all the time 😅

Honestly, I filmed this about a year ago but I never posted it. Too concerned young kids or people who are just beginning their enhanced journey will immediately jump straight to this dosage.

I would encourage you to use the least amount possible to get progress.

The same year after filming this video I went on to place multiple Top 5 finishes at a professional level.

My current cycle right now is :
500mg Test e weekly
900mg Mast E weekly
6iu GH daily

This video is to give you some insight to what an IFBB PRO takes.
Please do not copy this cycle, chances are you can’t anyway due to the mast shortage 🤣
