Hi everyone, I’m Hayley!

I will be leading our beginner-friendly karate session and can’t wait to welcome everyone to the dojo.

Having trained in karate for over 20 years, I have experience teaching students from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. I love helping people build confidence and discover that martial arts can be enjoyable for everyone.

If you’ve never tried karate before, this event is for you. No experience is needed, and you’ll be guided through the basics in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Join us for a morning of learning, meeting new people, and supporting a great cause. 💖

The International Wado Federation (IWF) is a non-profit world governing body for Wado karate schools and organisations and is dedicated to preserving the rich traditions of Wado Karate while supporting its continued growth and evolution.

The IWF is committed to fostering an environment free from intimidation, politics, and other negative influences.
