Whatever you do in sneakers you can do in heels! We will prove it to you. Introducing hip-hop heels with C Dynasty co-founder Babs! This weekly class blends the energy of hip-hop with the power and confidence of dancing in heels.⭐️

In this class, we will:

👠 Practice the basics behind strong heel technique with various exercises and drills.
🎶 Learn classic hip-hop steps and choreography—elevated in heels!
🕺 Enhance your balance, coordination, and musicality with fun choregraphy

No prior heels or dance experience is needed—if you can do it in sneakers, you can do it in heels! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is for you. Not comfortable in heels? No problem! Sneakers are always OK!

1 class: ¥2000
4 classes: ¥6000

**These tickets may only be used for our Hip-hop, Hip-hop heels, Jazz Funk choreo and Jazz Funk basics class and not for our other workshops. They don’t expire, and can be carried over month to month.

Want to get into sexy or heels dance but scared of floorwork? Not sure where to start? C Dynasty co founder Rose is hosting a class dedicated to moves and tricks on the floor!

We will be covering:
✨stretches to help your mobility
✨transitions to and from the floor
✨simple floor flows and choreography
✨crowd pleasing acrobatic floor tricks (with beginner friendly variations!!)

This new class is designed to compliment our hip hop heels class. Strengthen your core and learn some of the quintessential floor moves often used in heels choreography! Heels are however optional for this class!

It’s CD founder Rose’s birthday month! That means its time for a special birthday class!🎂🎉

This will be a floor flow & tricks class but turned up to 100. If you’ve never tried floor class before don’t worry! This is a perfect time to try something new and celebrate together. Also, we’ll have prizes and special gifts for all attendees!💕

Come in your cutest ALL BLACK outfit. Nothing is too extra. Best dressed will be entitled to attend any one of Rose’s future classes for free!

Location: BUZZ Okubo 1st
Dress code: all black and EXTRA. Whatever that means to you!

Heels are optional but DEFINITELY bring knee pads!
