Some of our students have spent the week in Tokyo doing some training at the JKA headquarters. We share deep roots with our Shotokan style with JKA and it has been inspiring to deeply explore our fundamentals in kihon, kata and kumite

Tournament this Saturday! Please find your name and your starting time. Some may have two divisions so two times will need to be double checked!
- Please arrive at Queen of Peace 15 minutes prior to your event time
- Please wear full gi (white t-shirt underneath gi top is fine, but must be white)
- If you are sparring, please bring full sparring equipment, including mouth guard and groin guard for males
- If you are sparring, please ensure all sparring gear is on 15 minutes prior to your event time
