"Midnight Visit to Kamakura Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine"
Special midnight prayer visit to the shrine of the Minamoto warriors clan. Erected by Minamoto-no-Yoritomo in the 1180s, this shrine for the Ujigami (clan god) of the Minamoto marked the power base of the first military warriors' government.

2026 Barcelona Taikai--Great Success!
The Taikai started with two days of Yūdansha training, followed by a day in Montserrat, and continued to the main event--a four-day intensive training, lectures, and testing. We also had an informal welcoming dinner, a formal welcoming dinner, and finally, a banquet with a wonderful performance of the local Catalonia traditional dance group.

Everybody trained hard with pure sincerity and eagerness to learn and become better. We shared sweat, bruises, pain, tears, and laughter, great Catalonia food, stronger bonds and friendship--all with a strong feeling of achievement.

There are new Bushi, Yondan, Kenjutsu Okuden, Bōjutsu Shoden and Chūden, and Shisen-ha Kotō-ryū Shoden and Kirigami.
Shisenkan also received recognition by the local TV in Barcelona.
