Savor a moment of calm through traditional Japanese craftsmanship 🫖
Crafted from traditional shudei clay and adorned with delicate hand-painted motifs, these kyusu-style teapots bring together two of Japan’s most celebrated ceramic traditions in beautifully balanced pieces. The softly speckled surface and hand-painted designs feel both refined and inviting, while its comfortable shape makes it perfect for everyday tea brewing.
Part of the Kakosei series, this collaborative work pairs the expertise of Tokoname master potter Hirotaka Umehara of Gyokko Kiln with the vibrant overglaze artistry of Kutani painter Tsugumori Tamura. Thoughtfully designed with comfort, lightness, and ease of use in mind, every detail reflects the Japanese ideal of yō no bi—the beauty found in functional objects.
Brew with a vessel shaped by generations of mastery, where artistry and utility come together to make every cup feel a little more special.
