At SHIBUYA, we strive to ensure highest quality for each and every product that leaves our doors.
However, sometimes mistakes happen.

We have identified an issue with the first batch of 4th generation ULTIMA sights (November 2025 and onwards), which may create excessive play in the windage slider unit. Not all products within the affected range exhibit this issue, however we feel all SHIBUYA customers deserve the peace of mind of a flawless sight.
Exchange parts, including instructions for a simple replacement procedure, have been sent to all SHIBUYA distributors that have ordered these sights.

If you own a RC IV or RC PRO G2 sight with a serial number of 001715 or below, and have noticed excessive play in your windage unit (wobbling of the sight pin, excessive noise, loosening of the windage guide rods), please contact your point of purchase (archery pro shop) for assistance.
